Valley Beach Club serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking or visiting, you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to present identification on request.

An online booking is a reservation request — it is confirmed once Valley Beach Club reaches you by hotline 0905 806 704 or Zalo, normally within 15 minutes.

A table is held for up to 30 minutes after the booked time. Without notice, the venue may offer it to other guests.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before the booked time, by hotline or Zalo.

For seafront areas or private events with a deposit, the refund policy is confirmed at the time of the deposit.

Smart, tidy dress. The venue may refuse service to guests who do not meet the dress code.

Prohibited items: narcotics, weapons or anything otherwise unlawful.

The venue is outdoors on the beach — please follow staff instructions on security, beach safety and fire safety.

Valley Beach Club is not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced in areas without a cloakroom service.

Open-air programmes may change with the weather. Guests are responsible for their own health while using the service and should inform staff of any health condition in advance.

All content on this website (logo, images, text, video) belongs to Valley Beach Club. Copying or commercial use without written consent infringes copyright.

Valley Beach Club may amend these terms at any time. A new version takes effect as soon as it is published with its update date.
